Xol’s first Christmas morning
Hi and Happy New Year! 🙂 If you are here…You have been invited by me…Angela! If you weren’t invited by me, then please…by all means….SCRAM! This is a blog I have created to share the daily life, milestones, stories, pictures, and videos of my daughter, Xol, with only family and close friends. This is not a free for all. It is very personal and private to me, so please out of respect, please do not share this site with anyone else if I have not approved it? I would appreciate it. If you think I have missed someone, then please let me know and I will invite them along for the ride!!Â
Ok, now that that is out, let’s discuss why I decided to start this venture and how it got it’s name! Ever since Xol was born I have taken at least 4-5 pictures per day of her. Doesn’t sound like much right? Well, when you add it up over 6 months, it’s a lot! Especially when you have at least 7 people per day that want a picture of the angel. Seeing as how I do not have unlimited texts (I know, I know), I decided I had to think of some other means of sharing. So…here we are.
Oooh and how did this space get its name!? A friend of mine wasn’t sure what Xol meant so she she innocently asked if it stood for Kisses(X) Hugs(O) and Love(L). I said, “No, it stands for Sun, but I love your idea too!” So, I stole it and here we are. Side note- When Louie and I were getting married I thought it was so cool when I realized that our initials were LA. This year when I was setting up our Christmas stockings I thought of getting our initials embroidered on them. I never did, but I realized that if I did, it would have spelled out LAX! I put an ornament of an airplane above our stockings as our inside joke (now you’re in on it)!Â
The idea for this blog began as more of a “Mommy Blog” when Xol was a couple of weeks old. I wanted to share what it’s like to be a new mom. To get all my thoughts out into the world. However, as time went on I realized it’s really all about Xol! From time to time I’m sure it will be sprinkled in throughout, but when she was about 4 or 5 months I decided I needed a place to share her with you instead! I only wish I had started it sooner! She is 6 months now!!Â
Thank you for being a part of this. This is the story of Xol Victoria Freese…Â
