If you know me well enough, you know I don’t promote the princess propaganda. (I just gave her 2 anti-princess books for Christmas) Xol got her first “princess” for Christmas. I tried to reason with myself (out loud), that Ariel is more of a mermaid heroin and less of a princess, but one of my mini cousins chirped up, “Nu uh. Her dad is Neptune, King of the sea, so technically…she’s a princess.” Just then I snapped a picture of Xol “admiring” her new toy. Atta girl 😉
